1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT MATTER

The subject of this Pre-Information Form is to inform the Buyer and the Seller about the Contract in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Regulation. Additionally, matters that are mandatory to be included in the Pre-Information Form in accordance with the Regulation are included herein.

The BUYER can follow the information regarding the Pre-Information Form and the Contract from the "My Account" page linked to their membership and can update their changing information through this page. A copy of the Pre-Information Form and the Contract is available in the Buyer's membership account and can also be sent by e-mail upon request.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the implementation and interpretation of the Pre-Information Form and the Contract, the terms written below shall express the explanations written opposite them.

BUYER	:	The natural person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a Product or Service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
MINISTRY	:	The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey,
BANK	:	Licensed institutions established in accordance with the Banking Law No. 5411,
PLATFORM	:	The website www.unicraf.com and mobile application owned by Unicraf,
SELLER	:	The natural and/or legal person, including public legal entities, who offers Products/Services to the consumer for commercial or professional purposes, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the person offering the Products/Services, whose information is provided below,
CONTRACT	:	The Contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer,
UNICRAF DELIVERY POINT	:	Affiliated merchant points, cargo branches, and chain stores where the Buyer can easily receive the purchased Products,
PRODUCT	:	Movable goods subject to shopping, immovable properties for residential or vacation purposes, and all kinds of intangible goods such as software, sound, image, etc. prepared for use in electronic environment,
REGULATION	:	Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION

4.1. The essential characteristics of the Product/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, price) are available on the Platform and can be examined in detail through the Platform.

4.2. All amounts to be paid in return for the Product/Service (sales price including all taxes, cargo fee, installment difference amount) are shown in the table below.

*Exceptions in the Contract and relevant legislation provisions are reserved.

**The specified time is valid from the order date and is not a delivery commitment; it refers to the time for delivery to the cargo company by the seller.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. The Seller accepts, declares, and undertakes to deliver the Product/Service completely, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, and with warranty documents, user manuals, if any, and other information and documents that must be delivered together with the Product/Service in accordance with the legislation.

5.2. The Product is delivered to the Buyer or a third party determined by the Buyer, within the promised delivery time and in any case not exceeding the legal period of 30 (thirty) days, to the delivery address specified by the Buyer on the Platform.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

6.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer receives the Product.

6.3. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer sends the Product back to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the implementation of the Contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer purchased the Product/Service and where their residence is located, in accordance with the values announced by the Ministry, are authorized.
